Label the word "NAM" in red when no health card number is entered

Actually, the expiration date of the NAM is labelled in red when it's due. But, for some reasons, when there is no RAMQ or NAM number, everything is empty. For the MOA, it could be more eye catching that the word would be labelled in RED when empty.

Medications from the RX list are displaying as weight per volume vs percentage

Prescriptions are being rejected for ointment/cream/lotion based prescriptions because the "weight per volume" is being displayed instead of generic percentage. Can we change this.
