Add a Context section to the Results cogwheel

User would like to have a Context filter in the Results tab (she is receiving results from other contexts (private labs)). It would facilitate her view when filing her lab results

Ability to filter CRDS forms from the Portfolio

Actually, in the Portfolio, CRDS section, the only filter is "Prérequis manquant". But, in real life, we have Reçue CRDS, Non vérifiée, Annulée. Ability to search forms with hat criterias will be useful for MD to search and get real follow-up.
