The clinic extension number is not found on the prescriptions. For this client, the clinic is in a facility with the same phone number but with an extension number. Without the extension number, the pharmacists cannot reach the clinicians quickly
This clinic needs a connection to lifelabs to receive patient investigations as we do not have the OntarioMD certification and do not provide an access to HRM.
