To be able to delete the Invalidation Note

When we mark an entry as invalid in Preventive Activity, we should add an Invalidation Note, Sometime we modify the activity, to be not invalid anymore, but the Preventive Activity still there and there is no way to delete it

Add pages number when printing elements from the patient files

When printing the complete patient file, page # and total pages printed are mandatory to be sure nothing is missing. It could be interresting to add this kind of counter at the bottom : INFORMATION CONFIDENTIELLE - PAGE 1/100 for example
