Preventive activity pop-up

In Ontario, there is an incentive for completing preventive activity. Though it will likely be cancelled in 2024, physicians say that practice-wise, it is a good feature so they don't forget.

Add a number in front of labs in every folder (as portfolio)

As in every section in MYLE, adding a indicator (number) in front of every folder in the labs section will add extra QUICK VIEW for MD and nurses.
