CRDS: Remove from MYLE the english versions of normalized reference forms from MYLE, as they are no longer accepted by Safir.

Using the english versions of these forms causes user's to obtain an error message from Safir. It generates frustration as well as calls to our support line. Users ask us why the forms are still available if they cannot be used?
