If there is a concept of allocating rooms for doctors (as in ProductId 199), after the patient self checks-in on the Kiosk it would be great if it can advise them where to proceed to.
Implement a check to notify the user that another user is also in the same patient and section of their chart. A more advanced solution would be to let the users update the record but to notify the second updated that the initial value has changed...
