Filter documents by when they were approved (or recently approved documents tab)

Doctors sometimes approve the wrong document and they wish to find it back, but there is no "approbation date" filter in MYLE. If an old document was approved by mistake, it can be hard to find.

Results > Forward individual received Result to another Responsible (as opposed to a batch via date range)

ISSUE: Physician receives a Result, but is NO LONGER providing care for the specific patient. Perhaps another physician within the clinic has taken over care. There is no way for a "physician A" to forward to re-assign the result to "physician B"....
