e-signature kept on documents/prescriptions by default in settings

If e-signature is eventually in settings to be saved on documents/prescriptions by default, being able to manage medications we DON'T want the signature to be saved on would be great.

When they sign document, to conserve signature on it, we have to check the box at the bottom which is not very visible. I got the suggestion that when we hit the fax or print button, having a pop-up window asking if we want to keep signature on it...

RENEMAL: When a note is automatically created when doctors renew a prescription; it would be interesting if, in the Reason section of the note, the mention of "Renewal" appeared straightaway.
