Be able to find an appointment or appointments in the Appointment section of a patient's History by writing the Service used in the appointment and not only by using the Subject

Patient/History/Appointment section: Add an extra section under search called By service so they'll able to filter the patient's appointments by their service

Ability to Submit without having to add a note (Communication tab)
