Patient/History/Appointment section: Add an extra section under search called By service so they'll able to filter the patient's appointments by their service
Ability to Submit without having to add a note (Communication tab)
In the communication tab in "Action" the clinic "cliniquedm" would like to know if it is possible to do "Submit" without adding a note.
According to them, physicians often have no comment to add and that's an extra step.
