Two workflows - one when the photo is captured you want to compare it and the second is select photos on file. Medicart is interested in the second workflow. May need better photo management in MYLE but not a critical requirements

For future Consideration
Add a concept of favorite DEV : Pop ups have to be unified. Then directories have to be unified. Then this can be done. That level of technical debt explains the estimation.
