Communications: users would like to be notified if they try to respond to a task or message sent by a user whose account has been deactivated.

Mrs Bezeau would like to either have a popup informing users when they try to respond to a task or message created/sent by a user whose account has been deactivated. This is a security concern as message/tasks could remain unanswered.

Clinicaid - Automatically calculates number of units based on start and end times entered

Users have to manually caluclate how many units to input when entereing start and end times; they would like for clinicaid to caluclate this automatically as this is prone to error and often comes back rejcected.

Display date of birth rather than phn when booking a patient via the calendar

When booking an appt via the calendar and searching for the patient in the booking window, MOAs would like to see the patient's dob rather than their phn. This will help select the right patient when there are duplicated names.

Prescriptions: Replace R with the word Refill

Pharamcies in BC often fax back prescriptions as they don't understand that R = Refill. Will save a lot of time for doctors if it is replaced with the word Refill
