Display date of birth rather than phn when booking a patient via the calendar

When booking an appt via the calendar and searching for the patient in the booking window, MOAs would like to see the patient's dob rather than their phn. This will help select the right patient when there are duplicated names.

Prescriptions: Replace R with the word Refill

Pharamcies in BC often fax back prescriptions as they don't understand that R = Refill. Will save a lot of time for doctors if it is replaced with the word Refill

Ability to send a reminder on the portal to a patient to make an appointment with the doctor.

Dr Caron thinks it would be useful, as it would put the responsibility on the patient to make his next appointment, in three months, for example.
