Vital sign enhancement, detail and optimisation

Message from the client as follow;

I note that we do not have the option saturation % in the open air or with oxygen in the vital signs (AA or O2 - number of liters), it is common to take a saturation with o2 1-2l / min or more during respiratory emergencies, it could be added to your program on the vital signs sheet.
also for irregular pulses we can't put the pulse intervals from highest to lowest, maybe just allow we can put 90-95 pulses/min in the box, allow sign - and more digits ?
