Automatically change an availability in the MD's calendar if it was not fulfilled by a certain period of time.

Dr Philippe Pelletier from mieuxetre mentioned that having an option to automatically replace an unfulfilled availability in MYLE could be really helpful.

For example, if he opened a service that is only available to his assigned patients, and the availabilities were not fulfilled during the day.

The Dr would like MYLE to automatically change those unfulfilled availabilities, 2 hours before the appointment, from Service X that is only available to his patients to a service Y available to any patient.
