Access Vigilance Santé directly from a tab as well as the notes

Client mentions that it would be practical for clinicians that work closely with pharmacists to have a direct access to Vigilance Santé without having to go in the notes of a patient. He would recommend a direct tab ( like Communication, Results, Portfolio etc) dedicated to Vigilance Santé.
