Duration of Prescription default value ability to personalize

Dr. Reckon whishes to have the ability to set the default Duration of prescription to 90days instead of the current 30days. Mentions that 90days is much more used and would be much more efficient if the default value of this field can be personalized. She is aware of the Favorite option but would still like all to be defaulted to 90days. See attached for location of field. thanks
