View of UPLOADED BY in DOCUMENTS

Client wishes to have a convenient and simple way to just find what a user uploaded during the day in Documents. Currently it is too complicated to find this information for something this simple (have to go to Logs, search and the search for each Patient file etc, can take a whole day to find something specific). A solution for this is to add in the view settings a column of "Uploaded by" selection which would show what a user uploaded, (see attached pic as a demo).
