Immunizations - Review the "Comments" and "Notes" sections

Currently, when administering an immunization in MYLE, you can add a manually written note in the "Notes" section that will show up in the "Comments" section of said immunization on the RVQ website. This works wonderfully.

However, once the immunization is synched to RVQ, a new "Comments" section becomes available when looking at the immunization in MYLE. However, whatever gets written there doesn't get synched to the RVQ, as it acts as an internal notes section in MYLE. This is highly confusing and can waste a lot of time for people who thought that their comments could be seen on RVQ.

If possible, please add a mention next to "Comments" that says "This comment will not be synched to RVQ, use the "Notes" section instead". This would be especially useful for vaccines that require additional info a few days later.
