Desk Coverage - Sign-Out a User

In clinics with a lot of part time staff, and staff that takes time off, it can be quite cumbersome in MYLE to ensure that all of their applicable items are covered.

The idea is for an admin to be able to "Sign out" all applicable items from one user to the person who will cover them while they are away, including that user's:

• Tasks

• Messages

• Recalls

• Results

• Documents

I think it would look similar to the "Share tasks/messages with" field, but when selected would auto-check all of the applicable options so the physician sees the person they are covering for's things as soon as they sign in, without having to manually check the option in each tab.
