Ability to favourite directory entries

Oftentimes clinics tend to send faxes to mostly the same locations, and having to search for them each time is cumbersome. Being able to "star" or favourite directory items would greatly improve efficiency!

Fax Favorite Ability / Most used fax on the top

Users, especially clinicians who use fax a lot, would love to have a most used faxes or an "add to favorite" option to enhance the efficiency of faxing instead of searching them all the time, which is irritating. Most of the time they use same fax...
