Ability to cancel a fax once sent

In the action section of the faxes, where we can find the ''renvoyer'' option, Ms. Lemieux would like to obtian an option to cancel the fax.

Would be useful in cases of a fax number being busy, the fax would be sent multiple times and overwhelming the pharmacies or recipients of the fax.
