Ability to print periods of the calendar not just the day

Many doctors have requested to be able to print their calendar for a period of time (select from when to when to print - for example, a whole month). This would be highly useful for administrative purposes and for doctors that do their billing by paper. Right now they have to print day by day which is very time consuming if they do their billing at the end of the month.
