Display important/flagged results in the summary

Importants results are important to remember. Having a way to put them in the summary would be a great addition.

Omnimed is offering something like this where you click a star next to the result and it goes right away in the summary.

The workaround for now is to enter them in the "alert and special needs" section but it's not optimal and time consuming. See screenshot of the current usage of this section for the results
