Tasks inbox: Ability to move each task up or down on the list

– Affected user(s): Anyone who receives tasks in MYLE

– Task affected: Task management and prioritization

– Impact : Would save time and allow for more flexibility in the way our users manage their tasks

– Current state Users can use priorities (low, medium, high) to see their most urgent tasks first, but they can't decide themselves which task should show up at the top of their list
