because physicians have to create an encounter note to create a form, theyre finding it to be too many steps
1) ability to create form outside of a clinical note
2) have the starred forms listed on the side of an encounter note ready to generate instead of clicking "form"

Hey Jenn, thanks for documenting this suggestion! We have two projects ahead that tackle this problem:
1) Consult request enhancements and tracking, which we hope will increase the use of the 'Consult request' section rather than forms (though we understand that clinicians might at times need to fill out standard forms).
2) Reduction of friction points in the signature flow, which will significantly reduce the number of clicks required to sign a form, remembering its position and sizing.
Do you think Dr Gill's problem will be reduced by these two projects?
