– Affected user(s): all medical and clerical users.

– Task affected: When booking an appointment via the patient file, you are presented with the availabilities of doctors who have wished to see only their assigned patients, even though the patient in question is not registered with them. Searching for appointments via the patient file allows you to see all availabilities, even though some of them are for Assigned clientele.

– Impact : Doctors are getting appointments with patients that are not from the Assigned clientele for availabilities they opened only for assigned clientele.

– Current state The client checks manually to see if the availability is for assigned clientele or not.
