Ability to move the Add to Directory window or to minimize it

– Affected user(s): users using Consultation Requests.

– Task affected: When trying to add an entry using Add to Directory.

– Impact : From consultation requests, when the client opens the Add to Directory, the window that pops up cannot be dragged around (out of the way) so the client can't see the fax number or information BEHIND the window for him to input. The client suggests to 1) Make it not mandatory "always on top" window 2) Allow minimize.

– Current state The client needs to take note of the information needed before clicking on Add to Directory.
