Possibility to send or print unapproved note

In the context of a transfert of patient (ex.: a clinic sending a patient to the emergency) They want to be able to print a note with a minimum of information without approving it so they can send the patient to emergency with it and having the possibility to go back in the note to add more details later.

In KINLOGIX, they were able to print it and, at the top, there was a mention saying that the note wasn't approved.
