Add the due date of a preventive activity next to it in the note directly

This would prevent the doctor to have to go back to the medical summary to know when the pt is due for their preventive activity.

Yes, the doctor can open the medical summary on a separate page but some doctors don't have 2 monitors and/or work on small computers.

It would have added value to have the date in the note as well.
