Calendar view strickly ONLY scheduling of Dr., no extra hours to be shown

Client wishes to have the choice to have a calendar view that strictly shows the scheduling of the Dr. and nothing else, no blank spots. Why? to make sure the secretaries do not book anything outside the scheduling.
