Please change the Action of the Save button in Document Annotations to Refresh on Save instead of moving to the next document

From the client:

For document annotations, it is not intuitive that when the save button is clicked, the view advances to the next document. After the save button is clicked, the page should NOT refresh or advance to the next document, but stay in the same document. I have gotten this feedback from numerous users.

– Affected user(s): Staff handling documents

– Task affected: Processing documents in Annotations

– Impact : if you wish to continue modifying the same document after clicking on Save, you have to leave the current view and return to it.

– Current state presently, clicking on Save advances to the next document
