Printing Immunization History + Confirmation of Immunization

As a user, I want to be able to print (or/and share to portal) the immunization history to share with the patient or his family in case of kids. There are no way to do that currently aside from printing the entire medical history.

As a user, I want to be able to print (or/and share to portal) a confirmation that a vaccine was given during a consult.
