New features in the services settings - Double/Triple Booking and Alert

ADMINISTRATION (Service/Combos section):

Add two new features in the services settings:

1) A "Double/Triple booking" option that will allow double or triple booking of that specific service with the option to have to 2 appointments or 3 appointments at the same time

2) An "Alert" option that will allow admins to add an alert for users who book appointments to inform them if changed need to be done in the appointment if the patient has a certain age or plan at the clinic.
They would something similar to the one they use for appointments in the Portal called "Disclaimer in portal(EN)"
