I observe that every day the secretaries tell me to return the Rx faxes that have not been received by the pharmacy. Often I see that they're in the file and sometimes I also see that they're in the portfolio fax and sometimes they're not. So I'd recommend setting up a way of not being able to close the note if an Rx hasn't been faxed, or a reminder message to fax the Rx when closing the note. This way, we avoid duplicating work and having to reopen the note on subsequent days.
