Using the triage option affecting the class to a single document and not to all documents received from a fax number could be used temporary.

The MD could use the filters to select the requests, and affect in a note using clickable texts the urgency of the request.

Once it's done, the MOA will index the documents to the patient.

This process has been documented for the specialists in CCSMTL. Unfortunately today, it's not possible.

We need a workaround to deactivate the complete assignation to the fax numbers.
