Ability to add a note to a task in the patient's file just like in the communications tab

Right now we can only add a note to a task when we are in the communications tab; we cannot do the same in the patient's file directly.

Physicians would like to be able to add notes to tasks in the patient's file. It is inconvenient and takes too much time to go back to the communications tab and try to find the task. Also, users don't have access to other people's tasks in their communications tab and they would sometimes like to add notes to other people's tasks.
