Please make it possible to select the same user twice in "Administration > Users > Tools >Transfer results to"

– Affected user(s): administrateurs

– Task affected: Administration > Users > select any user, go to Tools > Transfer results to

– Impact : It would facilitate delegation of coverage, offering users more options.

– Current state

We confirmed that this is the intended behaviour, the client would like to modify it. Currently in MYLE -
Scenario:
Given that Dr A is going on vacation for 4 weeks.

Dr B is going to cover his results for week 1 & week 4

Dr C is going to cover weeks 2 & 3

*Given that Dr B and Dr C are not the same person

Once we get to setting up for week 4, we cannot give Dr B the remaining week. We receive an error message and are unable to select Dr B for a second time, screencap of the current behaviour attached
