KIOSK: Add an option to allow users or the Medfar support team to modify the message when an error occurs

KIOSK:

When an error happens or the system can find an appointment using the patient's information after they scan their health card, there's a message that shows up saying "Please go see the receptionist".

User who don't have a receptionist would to be able to change that message or request the support team to change it for them because it creates confusion and some patient go see their doctor while they're still in a consultation with another patient.
