Allow for partial payments in Private Billing

– Affected user(s): Admins, clerical staff

– Task affected: multiple locations in MYLE.

+ In the Billing tab, it should be able to pull the bill in both Sales and Receivable as when a partial payment is made, the payment should be logged but also the amount owing to the clinic.

+ In the patient file, from a note, when generating an invoice. In the Pop-out window - PRIVATE BILLING - there should also be an addition made here to accommodate for partial payment.

– Impact : not having this causes more work as bills have to be split or created multiple times in order to accommodate.

– Current state : MYLE does not currently support partial payments

– Competition consideration: Other EMRs are capable of doing this.
