PORTFOLIO > CRDS list: Have the IPS's RAMQ # recognized instead of just their license #.

As of now, it seems like only the license # is recognize as a creator/Referring MD in the CRDS list of the Portfolio tab. A lot of IPS in different clinics add their prescriber # in their names which then makes it impossible to see their CRDS requests in the list, as their presc. # is not recognized by the list.
