Users would like to streamline this action so they can do it directly from the calendar or elsewhere to reduce clicks and have more options for them
Wesley's suggestion: could we introduce "right-click" of an appointment in the Calendar to provide them a custom set of options? We currently do this in Plexia. Fewer clicks and less 'load' time
