FAX WEB: Ability to display the recipient name on fax

Current: we only see the sender's information on the fax itself, not the recipient. Users at drlagace would like the option to indicate the recipient so that when they fax to an establishement, the receiving end are able to know exactly to which provider the fax is supposed to go.
