BILLING: Add an option to search bills by the date it was closed or invalidated instead the date it was created

BLILLING:

Some users working in private clinics have the responsibility to note te amount of bills that closed or invalidated per day.

Sometimes, the bills are closed or invalidated on a later date the the creation date or the is it date.

To solve this issue, they would like us to add in the column Date of the BILLING tab's parameters a new option called "Date of the last action taken" to filter bills by searching the date someone closed or invalidated them.
