TASK: Being able to filter task in inbox

here is a screenshot of the “filter” capability of ACCURO in the task function. (Attached)

The user is able to filter for:

• Due date: this allows you to ‘post-date’ tasks as reminders for the future without filling up your inbox *VERY USEFUL*

• Reason: subject matter – likely not useable in MYLE. ACCURO has dropdown options for reason

• Roles: this is to filter by who is assigned the task

  • Tasks just sent to me

  • Tasks sent to a give group

  • Office from: if a clinic has multiple locations, you can filter by which office sent it

  • Office to: if a clinic has multiple locations, you can filter by which office is assigned the work

I found this to be a great asset in managing the workload and being able to send yourself, or others, future tasks (reminders). Should you want to discuss this further, please let me know.
