Results - Add values from different results to a single clinical note

– Task affected: Clinical note creation, following up on patients' results

– Impact : This would allow users to tidy up their notes. Instead of having to create one note per result, which can result (pun intended) in many notes being created, users could put all the info in a single clinical note.

– Current state Users have to create a note for every result.
