Client requesting to have the option to change that a billdate is generated according to the date it is created on, not according to the date that the note it was created from, was created.

Client states that it is pretty common for a doctor to not always create a new note for all the things they might bill, so they will use an existing note instead. To that effect, they want the bill date to be pulled as the date generated, rather than pulling through as the date the note was created on.
