Integrated Adobe functionality

Request from the client:
Wondering if we can come up with a solution here regarding PDF's

Majority of my job is to compile a patients chart with certain date ranges for lawyers, insurance, wcb, ICBC.

Our previous EMR allowed us to compile this chart then put it back under patient documents in chart then go through each page and delete pages that did not apply examples wcb requesting only info regarding spine I would need to take out all documents not pertaining to this or black out parts of chart notes that wcb does not get access to.

I just took 1/2hr to compile a chart for WCB that I then needed to print in order to be able to pull info out that does not need to be sent as example OLD CHART info has years in 1 document. I hit print and it came up cannot print document and closed automatically. I now have to go through that entire chart again and compile it again then I guess save as a PDF on my desk and then hopefully print. Why does the print button not work?

Also this is not ideal saving PDF'S on our desk tops for patient confidentially these should not be on computer desktops throughout the office.

This is extremely frustrating for myself and all doctors in clinic.

Daily I compile charts for the doctors then send it to them to review and they usually then take out parts of the chart that they think do not need to be included in MYLE this is impossible currently for us to do. I feel this should be a high priorty to fix as we are now going to have to print 100's of pages to doctors to review the chart and be able to take out pages or black out parts of notes. Then re scanning the document back and upload to MYLE to fax. This is going backwards from what we are trying to accomplish.
