Add the URGENCY column in the parameters of the RX RENEWALS tab

Update request for the RX RENEWALS tab:

Add the URGENCY column, like the one in DOCUMENTS , in the parameters of the RX RENEWALS tab so users will be able to filter the urgent from the non urgent renewal requests
